Will never use
I subscribe to Unlimted weekly access. But premium functions are unavailable for me. When I try to contact Planto I have to use Google to sign. I will never use Google to sign in to apps I’m subscribing to, so this app is useless for me.

This app does not work. I got 5 different answers when I tried to identify a plant. Now I want to send a complaint to the developer and claim the money back, but there is no place to advertise. Information how to contact app-developers should always be required before they are approved for use! This is simply a scam!
Ripped off
The app is freezing and even if I payd for 1 year subscription I still can’t access my premium, and nobody is responding to my messages when contacted.
