Out of 8 plants in good light 2 were only identified in the second choice, 1 in the 5th choice. Couldn’t even identify tomato or aloe Vera therefor don’t waste your money

The app is completely useless at identifying plants. The results provided are often not even similar to the type of plant being scanned. Sometimes i will scan the exact same leaf twice and it will give entirely different results. For plants which cannot be correctly identified, they offer a manual identification by an expert. When i chose this option they never even replied (its been over a year now). 

Even when scanning the most basic, common plants it will give you completely wrong results. Frankly, I think either their AI is broken or this app is a complete scam. I paid for the premium version of this app to access features like manual identification, yet they dont deliver on their promises.

Extremely disappointed in this garbage excuse for an app. You need to fire your hopeless developers asap and stop scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Before you go and reply to this saying “have you checked our guide on how to properly identify the plant” - yes I have, and im not a tech illiterate elderly person who doesnt know how to use apps, I am a 23 year old digital media grad. The fact that you even reply to every one star review blaming the users is absolutely pathetic. Instead of taking criticism on board and trying to improve your app, you just point to useless tutorials and reviews from Apple. What are you trying to achieve by dismissing any and all criticism? Instead of spending all this time just blaming the many users who gets incorrect results, why dont you spend some time making your app do what it says it does
