Please, return the paid money back asap
Please return the money for the «Premium (1 year)” in the amount of 19’490 KZT (kazakhstani tenge). I did cancel the “purchase” immediately. This App was downloaded from the link in Instagram and when I tried to open and clicked the button the money already has been withdrawn from my card. There was’t even a warning about the amount or other options. The withdrawn amount was set by default I guess, which is not good. Please, kindly return the money back asap. I haven’t used the app. Not even for a moment.
Killed my Chinese banyon
Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

This is a scam. Stay away
I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.
Plant identifier accuracy is poor
Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.
