Don’t buy this app. Goggle can give better info for your plants. This app just gives generic info for all plants. For example, I needed help with a yellowing Gardenia. When “diagnosis” was applied it was genetic for all plant not just Gardenia. To get a detailed diagnosis I have to pay another 8.99 for “an expert “ to give me information. I already paid 45$ for app!!!!!
I downloaded this app, and immediately it asked me to follow screens to $39 per year. I have not even had it for a minute or had a chance to use it, and was prompted to pay. What a scam!
Unable to recognize my very common plants.
I have to sign in, give financial details and so forth before you can even move forward!!! They should disclose before you can even IDENTIFY EVEN ONE PLANT, they want you to subscribe. Needless to say, I did it by accident and cancelled IMMEDIATELY! Don’t do what I did, just skip the download!
This app is absolutely worthless!!!! That’s not correctly diagnosed a single problem with a single plant. Don’t waste your money.
The ad for this app is so deceiving. It’s a $40/yr subscription and then you have to pay $9.00 extra to ask an expert how to save your ailing plant. Darn waste of money!!! Now I have to figure out how to cancel. I was so excited too, what a let down.
I just updated the app and can no longer select a photo to upload for identification. It doesn't matter what photo I select, I always get an error saying “photo too small”. I tried redownloading the app and got the same error. Glad I cancelled my subscription before it renewed.
After you pay for the app if you need a diagnosis of what’s wrong you have to pay again to get the experts advice. What a disappointment! That fact should have been made clear in the description I guess I’m stuck for the year.
Will only give you the cures if you pay.
Once you try for free it does not have an option to delete and it will keep charging you making it impossible to get out I have an I phone and I deleted 3 days before my expiration date and I still got letter saying I subscribe to it now there’s no cancel anywhere on my phone they send me instructions but not working so good luck if you want to cancel😖
