Developed at Penn State University the app uses Google’s Tensorflow machine learning tool and a database of images collected by crop disease experts across the world. The app is based on extensive research comparing the accuracy of machine learning models to human experts and extension work. This is continual research and the app will be constantly updated. The app also allows for a blended model where images are examined by AI and human intelligence through a cloud system. This app was developed with International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. We welcome further collaboration with public institutions. This app is a public good and is not commercial or backed by venture capitalists. We do not have advertisements or collect farmer data to sell to third parties. You can donate if you like In addition to the diagnostic tool the app contains the library of knowledge that is on PlantVillage, the largest open access library of crop health knowledge in the world. ## PlantVillage Nuru Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/c6/d7/e1/c6d7e1bf-c41f-23d1-b9b9-643986d0c990/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/f8/02/89/f802893e-5929-575e-9292-2affb3431c6d/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/05/02/a8/0502a8b4-b1c4-736f-a5bd-214847e24cd5/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/f1/c5/81/f1c58189-2c91-f910-8e81-435057774206/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/c4/3b/4b/c43b4bc0-3bec-1665-6c3d-194631f0d28b/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/6a/d7/8e/6ad78ee1-79fc-6e89-776b-23659ed01b7a/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/57/59/62/57596243-1d80-3b8f-ec11-6ff581092dca/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/c9/a6/18/c9a618d9-6e70-24a3-b02e-7cb0d7c90080/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/1c/b2/92/1cb29268-18b9-d1e9-b58a-cc873a8b6add/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/a1/fc/ef/a1fcefdf-be65-34ec-dedc-71ca2ccaa944/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) ## PlantVillage Nuru Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Apps Similar to PlantVillage Nuru - [Penn State Go](https://apptail.io/app/penn-state-go-pDs/united-states) - [Blossom - Plant Care Guide](https://apptail.io/app/blossom-plant-care-guide-Wzt/united-states) - [Shroomify - Mushroom ID USA](https://apptail.io/app/shroomify-mushroom-id-usa-UMt/united-states) - [Plant Disease Identifier.](https://apptail.io/app/plant-disease-identifier-qUx/united-states) - [Flora - Plant ID & Diagnosis](https://apptail.io/app/flora-plant-id-diagnosis-roy/united-states) - [Plant Disease Diagnosis App](https://apptail.io/app/plant-disease-diagnosis-app-TjC/united-states) - [Eventscribe](https://apptail.io/app/eventscribe-SlIc/united-states) - [PAG Conference](https://apptail.io/app/pag-conference-ycMc/united-states) - [LeafByte](https://apptail.io/app/leafbyte-JpEe/united-states) - [Plantix- Plant doctor, Scanner](https://apptail.io/app/plantix-plant-doctor-scanner-NULm/united-states) ## PlantVillage Nuru Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/united-states) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/uganda) - [Bolivia](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/bolivia) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/canada) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/japan) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/sri-lanka) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/turkey) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/venezuela) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/australia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/south-africa) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/plantvillage-nuru-fcSd/azerbaijan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
