Not impressed that the cost is advertised as $2.99 and then when you click to buy all of a sudden iv been charged $9.98. I wouldn’t not of purchased. Don’t even want to use it now

A nice and simple camera that doesn't need you to keep pressing buttons to get what you want.

I've had this app for years, and can't believe no one has reviewed it! This is the best at creating authentic looking lomography shots. Think expired film, gorgeous hand cut frames, blurs and fades and grains... Hands down it's the best app for making your photos look as unique as possible. I have never encountered two photographs that have had the same filter. I first came across this app via a photographer friend of mine. I asked her what she was doing in the darkroom to create such divine prints, and she told be about this app! This is my go to now, it's functionality is simple (though you can't go back to treatments you've just passed, which is a shame), and you'll have the most original photos going around. Zero updates, because it's fine the way it is. Cheers for a great product.

The only disadvantage is that this app changes the resolution and size of the image which (now a days) is not acceptable by most of the users as other apps are providing filters without changing the size and resolution. You can't expect somthing like this when you spend $2.50 for a app. Otherwisw this is best app for filters I have ever seen.

I love this app because it gives you good looking effects without ANY effort. It's a fun little app and that's the point. If you want control, open up some bloated app on your phone or import it into Lightroom and work on it there. This one is quick, fun and made by people who know a great deal about effects and processing. If you can appreciate the randomness of real film and old cameras and don't let today's perfectionism get in the way of a bit of fun, you'll enjoy this app. You can save that Polaroid film in the fridge. This is just as much fun as using up a $30 cartridge for 10 photos!

This app doesn't present well. Why generate 4 new versions instead of 1, 2 or 3 or more? The randomiser is pretty silly because (a) you can't return to previous results; and (b) you can only compare each picture to the three others on the screen. Although some of the effects are pretty cool, this app is badly in need of a rethink. Disappointing.

this app is very annoying. Only way to get an effect on your pic is to just tap that top button. It just seems to cycle randomly thru effects... no control on it whatsoever! Thus, some of the effects are good, but be careful, if you keep on going, then you've lost it. Means EVERY time you see something you like, you have to save the pic, then go back and try again for more. So frustrating, as entire app seems random! Later, then flick thru all the photos you've saved to see which one(s) you really DO like and want to keep. Urgh! For that reason, this app is totally useless.

Like this app, not for every shot, but lots of fun. Great sloppy borders!

Truly bad. Applies same blur/streak filter to all photos (Cheap attempt at Lomo) all it does is messes with brightness/contrast/temperature but does it badly. No adjustable values, just random variations of the same effect. An unfortunate waste of money. Much better options available for this price. Regardless of resolution, hipstamatic is a far better option.
