## Platinum Planner Reviews in United States

### *---- "Works as well a paper in the rain"
Got the app because of school and I can’t even log in with the code. Tried making an account with the teachers permission and I still coildnt access the app.
-- hunterReady, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Bad App"
It never syncs right, and then it crashes. Terrible app and it’s had the same problems and issues for years.
-- Jack Argie, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Bad"
This app never works it needs to get an update sooooo bad
-- Andrew m 🇦🇺🇺🇸, 2024-11-07

### *---- "Useless"
This app is completely useless for EMS programs. Instructor has strictly banned the app and we must use the desktop version, which is annoying. Impossible to log skills and do peer reviews, which is supposed to be the whole point of Platinum Planner. Website is great but fire your app developer.
-- Flashdurb, 2024-09-25

### **--- "Keeps crashing"
When it works it’s very fine to work with. However, it has started crashing and now I’m getting frustrated. Also if you want to attach paperwork I’ve found that the IOS and android app don’t attach paperwork and submit it like through the web portal. I usually am able to do a work around and just open chrome and upload online the the website.
-- Jma 5, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Terrible app"
I hate that I have to use this app, terribly designed
-- red búll, 2024-06-01

### *---- "App is broken"
Does not work after update, just says “syncing “. Please fix it
-- Gaditchdoc, 2024-03-20

### *---- "Buggy"
I have to close and re-open it almost every time I try to use it. It “synchs” every time it does decide to open and frequently crashes during that. It’s also very confusing and nearly impossible to understand what page you’re looking at at any given time. Needs a lot of work.
-- ike95, 2024-03-13

### *---- "Constant problems"
Every time there is an update, you have to delete and redownload the app. It doesn’t allow students to make changes on dates/locations when making opportunities so you have to send to the teacher to delete for you.
Not user friendly and makes you jump through a lot of hoops if you make a mistake.
Also takes forever to load even on high-speed Internet access.
-- ak chick, 2024-03-06

### *---- "Terrible product"
I’ve had preceptors loose hours of work due to app crashes. Students can’t check in and check out reliably. Glitches and other problems abound.
Great idea but terrible execution of software developement.
