i’ve been trying to log in and it won’t let me it just continues loading

The app will not let me log in. Ever since the update on July 16th. I can not log in. It doesn’t even give me the option!

It could be a better app, as far as giving customers an opportunity to set up virtual cards if we lose or have our card stolen. The app isn’t the best.

For the past 5 months I haven’t been able to log into the website or the app at all, all of a sudden. It tells me to change my password, so I do. Go to try and log in with new password and it tells me “wrong password” and to create a new one. It’s done this dozens of times. I’ve deleted the app and tried re downloading it. I’ve been on the phone with customer services dozens of times. No one seems to know why I’m having so much trouble logging into my account.

This card is so easy to use and my deposits always come on time with no problem ! Definitely would recommend

This app allows mothers or fathers to receive the child support they are entitled to and desperately need to support their children. Ty for being a part of that and to the department of revenue- (FL) for never giving up.

I have had this account and app for about 12 years. Though the banking part of it could use some help, the App has ALWAYS been reliable, fast and accurate. Like any app there are times here and there where it’s a little slow or may lag, but that may be my phone carrier or the signal strength wherever I am vs being the apps fault. All in all the SMI one app is a great app, easy and reliable. Thanks to the people that work hard behind the scenes to make sure we as the consumers have a seamless and pleasant experience every time we open the app.

If you use the SMIOne card, you should definitely get this app. It has every feature you would need with any kind of credit card or debit card app. I really like that I am able to dispute charges immediately over the app and see a refund within hours of doing the dispute. You are able to lock your card if there’s a problem, order a new card if there’s an issue, check your history, everything.

No issues or complaints

I have had nothing but trouble trying to login into my account. I can never get ahold of customer service either. I have to change my password everytime just to get into the app. I can’t even use the card.
