Needs big update and improvements
Login to KS10 Mini SD is unstable, please make a quality control before making it public and adding this feature advertise printed in the box is quite good and also very frustrating once you found that its not working properly as intended. Please update this app.
Doesn’t serve its purpose
The app opens on my iPad but crashes when you try to use it in lyrics mode. Useless, unfortunately.
Deleted favorites
Your favorites keeps deleting itself and you have to add them all over again which is never easy! Developers should add that feature to sync this to icloud to save the favorites
Unable to download Song Data Info
Nothing happens when tapping on Download button in Song Data Info. Terrible app!
Favorites list lost!!
Was so far so good when my list in favorites is gone just like that. Fix this guys cmon. So not cool.
Low Quality Products
Low-quality products, including unprofessional call support. They are not knowledgeable, and they will block you even if you approach them politely. How sadly, I regret buying Platinum Alpha Karaoke.
Need improvement
Many songs in songbook not found in app. Using platinum minibox.
