The event was cancelled and I received form to submit which I did in time however as I had no confirmation from service that they have my form - I emailed to support asking to check if all good. Actually they confirmed all good but after one month they started to say that I haven’t submitted form in time and they can not help. They just took my money for never happened event. Now you know how this service treat their clients.

The level of customer service is poor

If you want to buy tickets to places like Ferrari world, green planet or any other place with no specific date, don’t use this app. Your tickets will remain active forever and customer support will just advise you to create a new account :-) In other terms app is good

Great app to help you book thickets for events you know are available there. However the search function is terrible and I wish there was a way to sort events by popularity, proximity and filter by dates

They charged me ticket which didn’t work for that day. They didn’t refund or do anything about that. Bad customer experience and disappointing behavior. Don’t use

There is no VIP tickets for Burj Khalifa and you cannot cancel your tickets even if you want to upgrade..

Wrong information about tickets is provide, which was made me to buy extra ticket Support team can’t solve the issue 0/5 stars Not recommend at all
