Better support needed for iOS features
The app does two things well- show you events & let you book tickets. But it could be so much better. It’s baffling why there’s no support for Apple Wallet & Live Activities. Wallet support is a basic must have, and it’s genuinely surprising it isn’t more widely supported.
This app is a scam.
I purchase two tickets and they assigned seats in the different row and expecting me to watch the show with a stranger. No refund and they didn’t bother to change the seat number which they could easily do. This app is a scam to collect your card details, and to share the data with the scammers. Don’t use this app. They don’t bother you watch the show or seats or anything.
No consideration for customers
Due to some family emergency,I am unable to attend Satinder Sartaaj concert and I requested a refund from you but you guys don’t even care about customers. Pathetic service
Terrible ticketing system
Such a poorly designed lobby system for the ICC World Cup 👎🏼, your IT setup clearly needs to be updated to handle high loads.
Unprofessional app
They sell a ticket for event with drink when we reach the place they just update the ticket and they make it general admission without drinks, even we pay extra money to got drink with the access
