Price increase loyalty decrease?
Good to see I'm not the only one upset with the new loyalty system. Use to be every 10 coffees= 1 free coffee. I don't buy as often at Plato anymore. Sad because I really love their coffee.

Good App - Bad Rewards
While the app is well designed and nice to look at. However, the loyalty program is very disappointing. In the past when Magic Stamp was in use, for every 10 coffees you bought you got one free. Now it "rewards" you with 5% of your spending going back into your "wallet" - so now for every 20 coffees you get one free. Keeping an eye on this, hope they improve the loyalty system.
5% back on cash spent - Ridiculous
R1000 spent will get you R50 loyalty. Where with the magic stamp 10 coffees = 1 free. Now it’s about 20 coffees = 1 free. As a Plato Coffee lover I find the new loyalty program ridiculous. (please correct me if I’m wrong)
