Do not spend your money to “subscribe” for a year. A week later, you will be kicked out, like me and will surprisingly, have to subscribe for yet another year.. I e-mailed, tried on the app. Nada, niks.. log out, log in.. Subscribe and you will get all these awesome reviews. You don’t. Scam!
App is weak. Not as detailed as the book.
The latest version fixes so many bugs. We can now communicate with the Platters team and scrolling through all the wines and producers have become a lot easier.
I am not sure how the app keeps crashing months after launch. It has been a total waste of money, and actually not functional for 2022. This used to be a great app. Seriously…..losing customers rapidly.
App worked perfectly when I had my 3 free searches. As soon as I paid for the subscription nothing works! Workaround is to use the website. But today that is failing to load. Reading other reviews from months ago, it is utterly disappointing that establishments like Platters and Diners club has not done anything to try and rectify this.

App keeps crashing on multiple sections, unusable
The search function on the new 2022 version does not work. I assumed it would be fixed but after well over a week there is still no update. Very frustrating.
The search function on the homepage does not work - wow. Slow and unresponsive. Could not wait to use this for 2022 but not worth the hassle.
This is so much better than the old version! However I’d love to see historical ratings. And when I login and subscribe to annual plan and paid I can’t access the subscription content 😭 it still says “subscribe to access” everywhere. Pls help!
