The portion that teaches kids to "write" with dotted letters is so sensitive that unless the child draws exactly as it suggests and follows the dots perfectly, it tells them they're doing it wrong (and in a very loud and negative way, which actually discourages my child: "NO! That's not where you're supposed to start!")
