### *---- "App doesn’t work"

### *---- "Pathetic app and site and even worse customer service"
I have now booked a couple of times through the app/site and both times they cancelled or the venue was closed and i was not given my refund even after writing to them 5 times. They also dont pick up their phone
-- Saurabhvir, 2021-10-26

In the UK trying to use this is almost pointless as you can’t enter a UK address for payment, only a zip code
