I have been playing this game for years. It has been my favorite of the online backgammon. For the past year I have been having issues with the game disconnecting from the server. When this happens I automatically loose the game. And depending on the game I can loose up to triple of the bet. I contact support and the reimburse my chips and then it happens again. I express my concern about this continuing to happen and ask if the problem is going to be resolved. I never receive and answer and obviously the problem continues.

This game is totally rigged!!!! I’ve enjoyed playing this game, however, after several games when I’m ahead in the game and with 2-3 rolls of the dices left the player comes from behind with 3 back-to-back double rolls!!! The algorithm for whoever has the highest level prior to the game will automatically win…no matter what!!!! I refuse to pay any money for additional points. So, I more than often will have to endure watching endless ads jumping just to gain enough points to continue playing.

If I’m playing a game and my opponent can move two chips at a time, I’m resigning  because I know I’ll be playing a bot that will miraculously roll multiple doubles at the end of the game to defeat me. The bots are obviously here so that we’ll lose more than we win and then have to buy more chips. Take the bots out and replace them with real players and random rolls and people will give this game 5 stars.
