Messaging needs work

Messaging funcionality needs huge upgrade.

Good app for teams

It works well for communication and scheduling for multiple players and teams.

Slow!

Every time opening the app, it spends too much time loading making the messaging functionality highly annoying to use. TeamSnap was better - and they set the bar pretty low.

Really easy App to use. Everything is laid out for you!

Clubcentric - expensive for parents.

After a few weeks of using this app it is clearly club and corporation centric. The chat feature is not great compared to Ollie. CC transaction charge 2.6% plus .30 for each charge made. Even ACH I am told has fees. When soccer is already expensive and you have 5 kids in it like me. Your looking at a ridiculous additional cost that should not exist save to line someone else’s pockets that provided no real added value. Visibility is clunky for families with more than one parent and more than one player using the app. The parent who started the registration owns the kid and has to share him out with the other parent. The parent who starts the payments must share those too with the other parent or charges cannot be seen. I get why they might have wanted the security here, but the execution is clunky and unintuitive. Overall the app gets the job done for parents, but with probably twice the effort as with Ollie. PlayMetrics needs a parent centric overhaul and get rid of the high transaction fees.

PlayMetrics is the best it sends you reminders and it can help you clarify with your team if some people don’t have iMessage. GET IT NOW!

Just okay

This app needs a way to decline club advertising and events that you are not interested in, not attending, or irrelevant. They end up clogging your Apple or Google calendar that you cannot remove that triggering notifications for events you are not interested in. Please give us a way to decline these types of notifications and iOS and Android/Google calendar events.

Terrible Messaging, Good for Practices/Events

This app is great for tracking games and practices. However, it falls FAR short on the chat/messaging side. There are so many bugs and the experience is terrible. It wouldn’t be a huge issue but our club relies on the messaging feature for communications which causes lots of problems.

Not Great

Buggy, crashes frequently but at least it’s difficult to navigate.

Set attendance

This feature is broken. Unless I 2 to 3 days in advance, try to mark my children as going to attend it will not allow me to especially the day of. Coaches and parents need to be able on the day if something changes to adjust the attendance of their child to give the coach a heads up.
