## PlayNLOP Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not able to cash out"
Can’t link PayPal account. I question how legit this app/company is.

Customer Support doesn’t work in the app.
-- Sama3000, 2025-10-28

### *---- "Rotate device?"
Joined a game and lost everything without playing a single hand because my screens said rotate device. Complete garbage site.
-- Ja57927, 2025-06-11

### **--- "Possibly fixed"
I find it really strange, that when the cycles change,so do the names…what happened to PokerGirl, she was winning and placing in everything last cycle but now she gone. A ton of new players (bots) since the change of tournaments.Y’all should pay more attention to detail. For example,it’s impossible for a real life player to get approved a name without putting number in there somewhere, but your bots got some really common names without any numbers in them. Makes them easy to spot, but not easy to beat… opposite in fact.smh.
Y’all should cheat better if you’re going to cheat…I would happily take this review down if you set me up for a trip to 777 tournaments lol
-- saddysadsack, 2025-04-02

### ***-- "Frozen problems on phone version"
Phone version have a issue some times the app freezes on middle of hands that’s the only problem. Have a lot of fun on the app amazing people playing , great content good tournaments.
-- Topher5090, 2025-01-11

### *---- "Where has the promo code entryway gone"
Can’t enter promos?!
-- AlanLaBudde, 2024-10-16

### *---- "last update"
app keeps kicking me out since last update
-- AA All In, 2024-07-28

### ***-- "I Play, but it’s not my favorite online poker app"
I use the app and get every penny’s worth out of it (I refuse to spend even a penny with these people until I see significant improvements).

I won’t whine about the areas that need improvement, but they have many opportunities to choose from.

One plus is their customer service - refreshingly quick, proficient, and responsive.

Since the update on 25/26 July 2024, the app crashes anytime I attempt to log in - so I play on the Android version
-- Two Dogs are better than None, 2024-07-28

### ***-- "Fix your app"
Why is the app kicking me out halfway through a tournament after the break? Keeps crashing when I try to rejoin….
-- FixNHL, 2024-07-25

### **--- "Raising slider is clunky on cash game."
The raising slider overlaps the pull down menu for sitting out. I have often timed out when try to raise or reraise a strong hand. Very frustrating. I will continue to play this site on the internet using my desktop computer and I understand there's a desktop app as well that I with check out. But this iOS app needs some work before I risk a lot of tokens here.
-- kevinj111, 2024-05-11

### ***-- "You stopped giving coins daily! Why?"
Hey, why’d you stop giving coins daily? I’ll give it 5 stars if you start giving them again!
