Some important and basic information is missing from the store. Can we please have the file size of the games listed, why must this be a secret?

navigation on Ps app was less convenient than signing up but was eventually able to cancel my subscription after some technical difficulties.

Please never build an app again. The first app that sucks at using 2 step verification. Make sure to actually hire people who can build an app. I would give this negative stars if I could.

I wish PlayStation/Sony had a survival game catalog/category list. There are a lot of hidden games that are absolute gems that aren’t being filtered out properly. In theory this is why lot of people not only in the Xbox community but also in the plantation community are leaving console to go toward the PC/Steam platform. If PlayStation took time into bring in games that are popular in the steam platform are brought them to the console platform I think they will see an increase in users and loyal fans will be more interested in staying. Some people may not have any more interest or already on the fence of leaving, in playing games on PlayStation anymore because their favourite creators or streamers are playing games that aren’t accessible to the PlayStation platform. Idk something for PlayStation/sony to think about

Terrible console full of bugs and glitches. Nonexistent Tech Support. Do not buy Get yourself an Xbox you'll like it way better.

The app and PlayStation always give me a hard time with literally everything.

It was good and all but when you try to sign in to another device it’s hard time to get the code for it

This app crashes constantly when I use it on iPad This needs to be fixed 🤬

For the most part it works just about everything. It has issues with PlayStation stars , crashes when open the collectables and in store when loading long list of games and scrolling it crashes.

I’ve always been a fan of PlayStation more than Xbox so this is better
