For some reason i cant view my password and i really need it for a game but it has no option to view it. Fix your app. Please

fml bro im tryna sign in and every time, i have the correct password and email address and it keeps saying it’s wrong. Not like i’ve reset it 8 times or anything

Not refunding me

PlayStation has refused to refund me after my ps controller broke and I put a 2 year warranty on it like what the hell this is why I’m going to be switching to Xbox like you tell me I pay 100 dollars or a controller and I don’t get anything at all dam no way this should happen like I been dealing with a 3 month old broken controller and they don’t do anything about it

Hours played no longer accurate

Hours played displayed in app are no longer accurate. Appears to be an ongoing issue where random games “lose” hours. Refer to social media (Reddit) and recent articles from PlayStation focussed sites from May 22nd 2024 (push square & PlayStation Lifestlye).

Stop logging me out

This app is so frustrating - I keep getting logged out of my account and they don’t make it easy to sign back in.

Rewards

I already had 'Heal the world' but I didn't get the completion for it so now I have to make a new file just to get some sick looking shoes pls fix it so that it scans if u did it.

What’s the point of appearing offline?

Sometimes I want to play by myself and not be bothered by others. So I will set my status to appearing offline. It’s incredibly frustrating that the app decides to to still show you actively playing. Why is this a thing? Who thought this was a good idea? I cannot find any features to disable this from occurring. Please fix.

No keyboard

On Xbox, you can type on your phone and it’ll transfer to the console. On PS, I tried to look for that but apparently, the PS App doesn’t do that. It would be better if PlayStation could add a keyboard feature to their app and make it easier to type in-game.

You guys need to change the streaming settings.

Give us more options, like picking the game we’re streaming instead of automatically picking old game that’s not even game on streaming… More options is needed Do better PlayStation!
