C’est terrible qu’une application PlayStation sur laquelle je veux gérer mon abonnement soit d’une telle complexité pour se connecter ! Depuis que j’ai l’application, j’ai connu plusieurs téléphones et plusieurs réseaux internet, ce qui n’est donc pas un problème client. Je ne reçois presque jamais de code de vérification par mail pour me connecter, c’est au petit bonheur la chance et ce n’est pas normal pour une application telle que celle ci !

L'application est très bien, je l'utilise toutes les semaines, mais il y a quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés:

Dans l'onglet recherche, j'ai tenté de trouver les deux premiers God of War sur PS2 et PS3, en tapant simplement God of War et God of War II. Impossible de les trouver. Ça serait bien d'ajouter des filtres console aussi pour les recherches.

Depuis quelques mois, lorsque l’un de mes amis lance un stream via l’application et que je le rejoins depuis mon iPhone ou mon iPad, j’ai un problème avec l’audio en utilisant mes AirPods. Mes amis m’entendent avec un décalage de 2 à 3 secondes, et ma voix est complètement déformée, comme un robot au ralenti. Ce souci n’existait pas avant et disparaît dès que je désactive mes AirPods et passe sur le haut-parleur de l’appareil.

C’est vraiment dommage, car l’application est globalement très bien, mais ce bug rend l’expérience frustrante, surtout pour une fonctionnalité qui fonctionnait parfaitement auparavant. J’espère qu’une mise à jour viendra corriger ce problème !

Good app, but it would be better if I can sort my games by other filter than recent games. Like play times. 

I would like to see all my play times of all of my library, not only recent games. And it would be good to add the same detail of trophies in ps5 in this app. We don’t have precision about the progress of some trophies. 

And a download section would be better to pause, cancel downloads.

The capacity to see/add ratings of games which are one the ps5 would be good.
