Is PlayStation App legit?
⚠️ The PlayStation App app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Please add a report game button, because I bought 2 or 3 games (very cheap, 3 to 9 euros) from the PlayStation Store on Playstation 5. And I played them and they are still unplayable because they are very badly designed.
So I tried to find support for these games. But these games don't have support websites or email addresses!!!!! And most of the games are made by "scam" game companies.
So I want to have a "report game" button, because it is your responsibility to check the companies and they also have support website or email address... and we want our money back. I know PS Store doesn't give refunds, but we were scammed by a very bad game company.
I am telling you... I am not alone, the others have been scammed too. In fact, too many people.

Games you've bought can't be removed from the wishlist. The wishlist button is removed for games you own. Overall just a very mediocre app
Worst app ever!
Horrible account setting, completely unlogical menus, takes > 1 hour to manage accounts. It ruins my day!
Steeds uitloggen en oververhitting
De app werkt goed samen met je PlayStation, maar om de 2 dagen moet ik steeds weer inloggen, terwijl ik de app elke dag gebruik! Ook wordt mijn iPhone na 1 minuut in de app meteen oververhit. Ik weet niet waardoor het komt, want het gebeurt alleen als ik in de ps app ga, en niet bij andere apps.

Gaat na 5 minuten gebruik je telefoon overbelasten
Er zit iets goed mis in de code, want na een paar minuten in de store games zoeken loopt de boel bijna vast en wordt mijn telefoon heet. Eerst op mijn iPhone 11 maar nu op mijn nieuwe iPhone 13 ook.
Hopeloos. Ik wil graag iets kopen maar de app wil dat blijkbaar niet.
