I would like if you guys could add an feature so you could see your downloads and how much times left of the update would be really useful

Way to much stuff in the app, and everything is hidden deep in menus or under weird icons. Less is more! Why would I want a “news” page. Who uses this? And why can’t we refund games that we haven’t played more than one hour?

It works fine, no bugs, quick and fairly easy to use, no complaints there. However, it’s definitely not designed to be a companion app for the PS5. It’s designed to push you to the PS Store and buy things. Which would be totally fine if the entirety of the app was great, but it’s not. Why can I only see trophies for the last 3 games I played? Why when clicking on games already in my library it sends me to the PS store instead of a page with my play stats for that game? Why are the collectibles so poorly designed? Why are the display cases so ugly? Why are screenshots and such only displaying the ones I took a maximum of 3 weeks ago? You’re Sony for Pete’s sake, you have some of the best smartphones on the market, how can you botch an app this much? It’s an app with great potential that totally misses the mark. It could be an amazing backlog tracker, PlayStation Stars could be great if it wasn’t for the very obvious lack of care, and the overall UI/UX is still stuck in 2015.

Appen har ett fel där den skickar mig tips om att köpa ett spel som ligger i min önskelista som är i en kampanj för tillfället, trots att jag redan har köpt det och den inte ligger i min önskelista. Jag fortsätter ändå få notifikationer typ en gång per timme från den här appen om att jag borde köpa det. Jag prövar att få något svar på det här sättet då jag inte får det någon annnanstans.

Appen har hakat upp sig så titlar på min önskelista får jag notifikationer om ett flertal gånger i timmen om att de är på rea (alltså en och samma produkt) Rätt så tjatigt och irriterande. Har försökt göra felanmälan till Sony playstation men verkar inte gå trots att jag följde länkarna här i App Store. Hur löser ni detta?

Hi its really annoying that you can only play fortnite with ps5 and not ps4. I really want to play fortnite but i cant beacuse i have ps4 Pls change so that i can play with ps4 fortnite
