For some stupid reason I can no longer browse and install the monthly games and PS+ Extra Game Catalogue using this stupid app.

The link to PS+ open a browser to the sale page…I don’t care about that, I am already a subscriber (getting harder and harder not to cancel tbh)

And why the PS+ stuff is buried after all the other subscriptions I couldn’t care less about? I don’t care about Ubisoft or Ubisoft Connect, I just want to quickly check/install the latest monthly/catalogue games…who designed this thing?

There is a much highlighted bug with any users of Apple AirPods sounding slow and robotic to others on this app’s part chat. This has been complained about for months with no fix in sight, meaning that this app is basically unusable for talking to friends if you have AirPods. There are many forums and threads online about this but nothing has been done.

My son has a Nintendo Switch and the parental controls are easy, if I need to allow something I can allow this on a case-by-case basis on the app.

I’ve now bought him a PS5 and Sony is like a different world, it’s so complicated and restrictive. Just simple things like redeeming a gift card can’t be done. Honestly can’t understand why as a parent, it’s not me allowed to make decisions, it’s Sony. Well, I can make a decision and avoid Sony products in the future.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment regarding a recent ban imposed on my PlayStation Network account. On 12/12/2024 at 2:10 AM, I received an email informing me of a one-month suspension due to alleged violations of the Code of Conduct. Specifically, the email mentioned, “content uploaded from your account to Message on PlayStation Network breached the Code of Conduct.”

I am confident this ban is unjustified, and I would like to provide the following reasons to support my case:
	1.	Restricted Communication Settings:
My account settings are configured to limit communication exclusively to my friends list. This precaution was intentionally set to avoid any inappropriate interactions with others.
	2.	Minimal Account Activity:
I only communicate with my brother, and our exchanges are entirely respectful and free of any offensive or inappropriate content. I have not interacted with anyone else nor uploaded any content that could violate the Code of Conduct.
	3.	No Evidence of Misconduct:
I have always adhered to the PlayStation Network’s rules and Code of Conduct. I have never sent or uploaded content that could justify such a severe action.
	4.	Impact on My Holiday Experience:
With the holiday season approaching, this ban has completely disrupted my plans. I was looking forward to using my time off to play a variety of games and enjoy the services I have paid for. This ban has made it impossible for me to fully enjoy my PlayStation system during what should be a festive and relaxing time.

When I attempt to access the messaging feature, I see a notification stating, “Your account was suspended from PlayStation Network due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.” I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Given the circumstances, I respectfully request the following:
	•	A detailed explanation of the specific content or message that resulted in this ban.
	•	A thorough review of my account activity to verify my innocence.
	•	The immediate lifting of this unjust ban so I can enjoy my holiday season and PlayStation services without further disruption.

Thank you for your time and attention. Its ridiculous.
