Absolutely flawless app, only issue is I with it would notify you when a game has COMPLETELY finished installing rather than when it is ready to play.

Doing this as I can’t actually put my complaint anywhere due to company hiding it. They don’t leave notification when they are about to charge u only after. U know when they already put people in overdraft

Please fix

I know from experience this is a handy app, i had it before but my phone is out of date now. I tried the "download an older version of the app" but when i went to sign in to my Playstation account it just gave me a line of code. I am using iPhone 6, i would appreciate it if this app was accustomed to older devices. thanks. {"error":"unauthorized_client","error_code":4151,"error_description":"Client does not have grant type: 'authorization_code'"}

app signs me out and code comes late, asks to change password I'm so sad that ps5 is so popular, sony is a big company but the app has a lot of issues. Its a pain. Unable to remove family members using app and many functions not available too.

iPad formatting bad

Click on friends list and everything goes crazy. Often goes blank and can’t click on things to move off the view or scroll.

Why it’s so good

It’s so cool because if you aren’t home and want to get a game you can … WITH THIS APP⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst App I have ever used

There is nothing intuitive about this app. It is very complicated and clunky to use. Never know if you need to swipe up down left or right. It doesn’t need to be that hard. Over engineering at its finest. It is clear the people that develop this app don’t use it.
