They automatically withdraw funds from your account and start a new account when your subscription expires and it’s very difficult to cancel . A whole lot of lies that it’s Apple fault . If you use free, you’ll need to be Sherlock to find who likes you. If you get fed up with that, you’ll have to pay a ridiculous fee to use their features. Once you pay, the features are literally counterproductive. Take whatever money you would spend here and invest in a sex worker. Better success that way

There’s a glitch in the system cause over the past two weeks I’ve sent messages and tapped on “Like” and it does not register my likes or messages sent. This is making me question whether I’m receiving responses or receiving messages or notifications from other people. You use to be able to see who has “viewed you” however that option doesn’t exist anymore as well as other options that use to be available. POF has gone downhill from what I remember it to be.

Downloaded it made a profile five times all five times it told me I broke guidelines then when I went to go through to figure out what guidelines I broke it said error occurred and wouldn’t bring anything up. Their terms are obviously legal but customer satisfaction and clarity with their help menu between phone/pc and utube help videos is not as straightforward nor do they offer membership alterations by phone app They took all the money and give no room for any customer error. I remember when this app was free and twice the options at no cost!! No longer trust POF!!
