Everything I need and want, nothing I don’t.

Breathes life into your music library

Step aside Spotify, and hello all my old tracks. The moods/DJ functions of Plexamp are life changing. I didn’t remember I had such good taste in music until I found this 🤣 it’s pushed me back into buying music over streaming.

Various Artists!!!

Showing a mixed artist album under an artist called "Various Artists" is inane. That subtracts 2 starts from me.

Crossfades suck for audiobooks

Can’t seem to find how to disable it and you get about 5 seconds of multiple talking in audiobooks

Underpromoted treasure

Plexamp is a remarkable app that deserves much more exposure. Any music lover or audiophile (unless they are spending big $$ on Roon) should be using this for rich access to their music library from anywhere. I love the rich metadata, DJ, crossfade (please get working with flac) and radios. I recently discovered the searchable database of headphone EQ profiles - wow! The casting is superb especially to the Apple TV app (why don’t the big streaming companies like Tidal do that?) and is good to Sonos (if you can fix the bug with the stream stopping after 10 seconds or so then having to start it again when you first start I’ll raise to five stars 😀). We’ll done, can’t wait to see what other features appear.

Best way to play music from your Plex server!

Great App For Audiobooks!

It’s really stable now for audiobooks, used to on the odd occasion default to beginning of audiobook, but recently it hasn’t faulted and every time I come back to it it’s where it should be. Keep developing it, it’s coming along nicely. :)

Superb App

I thought I’d keep my Soundtracks seperate from my regular music app (Apple Music) and load them into Plexamp instead. Now I’m starting to consider moving my entire music listening experience over to Plexamp. It’s a fluid and polished app to say the least. There is just something about owning the music and arranging it nicely in Plexamp, an itch I can’t seem to scratch with steaming services like Spotify and Apple Music. I’d love if there could eventually be Apple Watch integration and an option to enable fading when skipping a track. Great work Plex team!

Not casting on iPhone 12

Currently this app will not cast from my iPhone 12. I can cast from the Plex app but not PlexAmp. So frustrating.
