Plondex - Company & Employee management.

Plondex is making it more simple to manage your company and your employees!  We make it easy for your employees to see when and where they work!  Employees can use this app to check their schedules and trade their shifts with other employees!

Scheduling features
- Assign employees to different locations
- Upload required employee documents to comply with Federal and State labor laws
- Create a schedule based on positions
- Fill schedule map based on employees position ratings
- Employees may post shifts to a trade board to be picked up by other employees who are eligible 
- Specify availability to work       
- Allow employees to clock in and out
- Create and edit work zones by using geofencing technology

- View employee reports
- See who clocked in and out
- Revise employee documents for compliance
