Hello, I would like some help. So I have made a project on Plotagon and then, on the halfway of the Project. The Project started loading and it kept loading for a whole day. I would like help please.

Can’t use the app
Even though I bought most of the in-app purchases, when they changed the payment to subscription and silver and gold tickets I lost access to my purchases. Send several emails but the problem persists.

Can't do anything!!
It used to be a very funny app, but since the las update (and this one only made it worse!!) I can't even open my characters or plots! It just stays there spinning until I close it! Please solve this fast, otherwise I'll have to erase it!!
