I canceled an Amazon order on 7/10 I called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do my money won’t be returned until 7/19. It’s 7/19 and now they’re telling me it won’t be returned until midnight which is 7/20. They’re banks are closed Saturday am I really going to get my grocery money on by midnight or will they continue to give me the run around. DO NOT USE PLS. Money goes missing from your card which has happened to me and my sister and other customers I’ve spoken to. They steal they keep your money do not use them. -- reddkitty31, 2024-07-19 ### ****- "No account/ routing numbers" So I added money to my PLS card and I need to make a payment for a shed. Unfortunately, the shed people are telling me that they’re going to charge me extra money to use a credit card/debit card. Since there are other cash apps that have the ability to have a routing number, etc., is it possible to do this with PLS as well? PLS really saved my business after my purse was stolen and they were able to cash a check for me because I was already in their system whereas Chase Bank wouldn’t cash the check even though I had an account with them and they had seen me hundreds and hundreds of times. I appreciate the way that PLS is able to keep their customers moving financially.
