Scam and fraud earnings
It’s a worst experience they are a big scam where they charged me 40rs including gst for 1hrs 6min and I paid 199rs for deposit and later we have to pay 40rs as a bill and they have not refunded also they take 5 to 7 working days…. I used this in Victoria hospital… and I think it’s more what they have charged

they will ask for 200 deposit and never return it! the wallet balance will be -40 and they have a policy where the balance has to be positive to get refund back! why is the balance in negative in the first place? dont fall for this scam
Horrible customer care
Customer care marks the issue as Resolved without attending to the issue. I’ve rented a powerbank yesterday, it wasn’t working and reported to the customer care immediately. They’ve closed the issue without refunding the amount.
Don’t get a power bank from plugo
I don’t get refund! it a totally waste of money!!!
Battery not charging despite shows full
Did try lot of power banks and I see the battery not working despite it shows 4 green bars.
Good Concept - Poor Buggy App
Good Concept. Tried first time today. Battery charges slow. Many Bugs in App. - Logs out on clicking History data - Hangs after Scanning the QR - Show battery rented without actually battery getting unlocked. No data in ongoing session tab. Goes away after a while.
Can’t recharge Wallet
Can’t rechage wallet. Recharging page not loading. Stucks always.
