## Plugo Reviews in India

### *---- "Not trustworthy"
I lost my security deposit even after returning the power bank. I had rented the power bank for one hour and returned power bank within the hour. But session did not end and it’s still active. Have reported this issue multiple time and there is no response. Power bank cable was also loose. Had to struggle to charge my phone.

### *---- "Scam"
I did not get my refund. My ticket has not been responded to. The app does not work I could not get my powerbank. I wasted 30 mins on trying to get the powerbank and my phone died on me trying to get the powerbank. It keeps loading after i click on rent. Do not use this stupid app.
-- Akshxypv, 2025-12-17

### *---- "Doesn't even send otp to login"

### *---- "The power banks don’t work. They charge money and there is no refund. No support as well"
No service . Power bank not working
-- Manipalhpl, 2025-10-17

### *---- "Wasted my money."
It does not work. Powerbank is not releasing from the station

### *---- "Pathetic power bank and app"
Powerbank did not work , the session did not end even after putting back in its place . The customer service support is pathetic, you’ll have only open issues being unaddressed. I still haven’t got back my refundable deposit! Always better to carry your charger or have your own power bank, these plugo stations are just useless! Avoid and do not pay the so called refundable deposit !
-- Chanchal M, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Useless. A total scam"
They collect advance of 299rs. This is adjusted against the powerbanks if they work or not. I had changed multiple powerbanks in 1 hr duration. None of them works. When returned faulty powerbanks they deducted advance. I had raised multiple complaints but no use. This is nothing but a scam.

Dont use it ever.

### *---- "Unethical and a fraud company"
I used there service in Manipal hospital - paid 199 as security deposit and used 18 rs worth of charging in 2022.

Today on 28th June 2025 I wanted to use it in Narayana hospitals but to my surprise I see a negative balance of about 750 rs. When I reached out to customer care they mentioned I did not pay 18rs hence a 800 rs penalty is imposed . I dont even remember any thing like that, even say I forgot then what is the security deposit for , now they want me to clear this amount of 750ish. Insane
