The app is not simple to use and has a lot of performance issues having to make your way through those just because you really need to charge.

Kept retrying a few times but without success…

Spent half hour trying to start charging but you cant since the app requires for your verification again and again even though you already verified, you simply can’t start charging, verry buggy

Terrible app, terrible service, terrible hardware. They charge a fortune per kw and you spend half an hour trying to fiddle with their stupid app only to find out the hardware is broken and can’t even charge. As you see with the other reviews, this place company should be avoided at all cost.

1. if you removed the account you are stuck as they are not removing your data and you can’t reactivate either. very poor user experience. 2. the sms validation it’s not working, so you can’t charge even if you can register/login.

Aplicatia funcționează foarte bine pe iOS si sunt mulțumit de stațiile de încărcare din Brașov. Ca si feedback ptr versiunile viitoare, ar fi foarte util sa putem vedea puterea de încărcare in KWh din aplicatie in loc sa folosim butoanele disponibile pe display-ul stației (la statiile de mare putere).
