Plus One Digital Yearbook

Could just send out the yearbook as a pdf. PlusOne viewer is hard to navigate.

Forgot my password, went to the forget password area, put in my user ID, and it says it’s an invalid user. I’m logged into another device, so I know it’s the right user ID. Awful app. Clumsy, bad UI, effectively no login management.

I put in my schools information and when I click next nothing happens. Since I haven’t been able to go into school, this was my only option and I can’t even use this. I do not recommend since it never works. If you read through the reviews they are all the same, nothing works. Don’t bother trying to delete it and try again. It won’t work 🧍🏽‍♀️

i got this app for my digital yearbook because the hard copy of my schools year book didn’t come in yet and it won’t let me sign up even though i’m following all the steps 🙄 #plusoneisoverparty 😹

App does not work after input information. No area to access help. This is junk. No info as to how to fix. Very lame.

Not working

After putting in my School, last name, and child’s ID (provided by the school), it loads...but nothing happens. It does not take me to the next page to complete the signup. I still cannot view the 2020 yearbook I paid for. And the Herff Jones yearbook company has not given my child’s school a definitive answer as to when the physical yearbook will be delivered to the school for parent pickup. I hope my child’s school NEVER works with this company again!

The signing up part is not good. I can hardly tell who the picture is of and I can’t read the text or names. I don’t recommend it.

Keep pressing next but nothing happens. Doran not move to next page. Frustrating as heck. Please fix. To schools: STOP ADVERTISING THIS!!!!! These kids have had enough frustration.
