Plutio FAQ
Is Plutio free?
Yes, Plutio is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Plutio legit?
🤔 The Plutio app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Seems like an inactive app. I tried both to click reset password and tried to log-in to the app. Each time it freezes up and won’t load any further. Pretty frustrating given that I’m a new customer and was looking forward to using the app.
Works great…. When it works.
App functions well compared to the web/desktop version; but I find the app often has issues loading.
I’ve used Plutio for about 2 years when they were 1st getting started. Everything was great at the start, and a lot of the program works great for what we need; though the customer service has COMPLETELY disappeared. So if your looking for a service to assist with errors and/or make improvements based off of feedback…. Or simply respond to a question…. Plutio is no longer that solution. Used to be a 5-star rating

Potential
Definitely has potential not quite there yet, more frustrating than anything
Loved it from first site
I love this software and the desktop app is seamless. Thanks Leo for working hard on this one. It runs smooth on my Mac
Plutio has changed the way I work
Plutio is a truely functional and solid software. Functions galore - project manegement, contracts, team work, task management, workflow, forms, so so many.
I absolutely and throughly love it. Seeing the new app in the store is just like a cherry on top.
Plutio's UI and UE are wonderful.
Works well
Plutio runs well and having this app helps me keep a manageable browser. Things are speedy and constantly being improved. Happy with the experience so far.
Files look terrible on mobile!! YIKES!!
I like Plutio for the simplicity of it but I can’t release the mobile app to my clients yet because the files on mobile are scary. You know when a website is not responsive it it has the words jumbled and in skinny rectangular boxes going down the page. That’s what it looks like.
One Stop APP with so many features
I highly recommend Plutio. I rarely write review but this app has completely shifted the way I run my business with so much efficiently and increased productivity. With projects, tasks, invoicing, contracts and proposals this is an incredibly useful app. There is a web version as well but if you are sick of juggling between multiple apps. Hey this one. You will not be disappointed. The time tracking app is worth its weight in gold! Highly recommend for business owners. Kudos to the team for bringing this to market!
Abysmal Customer Service
I have to start by saying the app is excelent in its own right. Very helpful with lots of tools. But it’s customer service end is absolutely terrible. I purchased the app through a promotion for a one time payment for lifetime access, applied the code and thought I was done. For whatever reason, the codes didn’t apply and I was placed on a trial membership. I explained the issue and included my receipt and only received an automated response. For several months and over a few dozen emails I have tried to get some kind of response on this, with either copy and paste explanations of how to redeem my code or automated “were away” messages. I’ve never had a company just totally blow off a customer support issue like this but it’s pretty infuriating and honestly I feel scammed.
Great Start
It would be nice to have a way in the app to switch the side bar to the left or right. There needs to be a way to create an item list to pull from, to create the custom proposals. To clean up the invoice look, it would be amazing if it looked similar to JoistApp. I’m wanting to move from joist app and if this had some similarities for the Invoice/Estimate/Proposal, you would have a complete win. Download their app/ look at their online service. I was an avid believer in them until they hiked their price and didn’t even tell their long term customers what was going on. Don’t forget the customers Plutio, you already have a winning service.
Xero integration would be great.
I’m impressed with what it offers so far. I think the pricing is fair, as a small startup the difference in having something great and just gets you by can be frustrating. I think this is a good step in the right direction.
Another helpful addition is with a way to manage accounting.. waveapps is a good example too. I may ultimately use this in the interim.
Keep up the great work.
