The app doesn’t work well! I received a card, but the application doesn't accept it (i see on app: my card number is wrong!) Disappointing!

Heb cheques gekocht, digitaal zie ik niks in de app! En via papier ben ik al 2 weken aan het wachten (terwijl de cheques een beperkte geldigheid hebben..) Typisch weer zo’n overheids app in elkaar geknutseld door doe-het-zelvers..

I cannot see the places on a map. I am forced to look up by name. Please bring back the function to see the map on the app as it was the case when it still was Sodexo.

Error when creating account and bad customer service

Like many customers I received an error while trying to create an account. Contacted customer service and they were no help either. Too bad you cannot choose your provider.

Communicatie online geeft aan dat alles in de app kan, zoals bvb dienstencheques, maar is niet correct. Bovendien is de “vind in je buurt” feature nog niet in orde voor de nieuwe consumptie cheques. Vreselijke groene kleur ook, wat een keuze…
