Cant convert

Im trying to convert my pts to lazada GCs but the app says that you need to contact their support team (which is unresponsive) to help in manually converting the points. Why put the feature in the app if it wont even work? This app is basically useless as expecte major functions dont even seem to work

I think this is a common issue of the app. I have been trying to verify my email and phone number for almost a month now. Even tried to reach out with their support via email but the issue is still ongoing. No one can fix it. I have money in the app but I cannot use it. THIS APP IS NOT RECOMMENDED. IT’S USELESS.

Im almost done with this app. Im asking for assistance since my balance is not reflecting. I still dont receive any response.
