I’ve had to cancel an online shop once as the systems were down. I’ve had to call and change cards as payments hadn’t gone through as systems were down. Haven’t been able to top up as systems have been down! They don’t even let customers know their systems have gone down. I’ve had the card for less than a year and the amount of issues I’ve had have been ridiculous. However I’ve given it 3 stars because I have had trouble on many occasions, (one being Christmas Eve), with the card being declined at the check out, when it has plenty of cash on it. They claimed it was a problem with visa and as its ‘out of their control’ there is no plan to remedy it. Far too often I’ve been left feeling frustrated and embarrassed at the check out . It is slow for updates, so you have to close it and open again every time you add money if you want to see them in the account.
