## Plymouthbus Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worthless"
It never matches the actual times of buses, or what the bus-shelter displays tell you.
-- Lostinwoods54, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Don’t follow the maps on royal parade"
You’ll end up walking 20 miles
-- timmmmm t, 2026-05-01

### *---- "The worst bus company of all time"
Get a taxi, more reliable than this lot
-- Hideout tree, 2026-04-17

### ***** "A must have!"
An absolutely brilliant app. I know the times and can track buses live what else do you need! It even uses a map to tell you which bus stop to walk to and how to get there. I’ve been in places I have no idea where and this app has always gotten me home safe!
-- Subject 108, 2025-11-05

### ****- "Very Useful"
This app is very useful as I use it every day when commuting to school. However, it would be useful if there could be an option to add a widget to my Home Screen for a certain bus and quickly glance at it to see quick details like how long until it is due to come and which bus it is. But all in all, very useful!
-- Joel A. OS, 2025-09-17

### *---- "Cornwall 25"
Since the app was upgraded
It is showing no showing line
If you delete and reinstall
It shows Lemon key
Even when you live in Torpoint
Near Plymouth
Please sort the app out
As it is now frustrating now to use
-- matey 25, 2025-09-14

### **--- "Unable to Track live bus location"
For months now I can’t seem to get live updates for the buses. I am unable to get live tracking and location to know how late the bus will be
-- Moriadeh, 2025-08-12

### ***** "Hi"
I love this app it’s very helpful, maybe it could be offline ❤️😀
-- Charlie crazy 291212, 2024-11-05

### ****- "Very good but not always exact"
The app is very good. I have never experienced any major troubles or issues with it other than sometimes the buses are 5 minutes later than they actually are. The 42A for example is usually 2-5 minutes late but the app says it’s on time. Overall, the app is very easy to access and quick if you need a bus to get around.
-- no teleports, 2024-10-30

### ***** "Good"
Good
-- Mothicania, 2024-05-11

### ***** "Fun"
Lots of fun to use
-- Flyonda, 2024-05-04

### *---- "app performance"
this app is constantly slow and telling me i have internet problems when i have perfect data and 3 bars of signal. this app is ridiculous due to the amount of times i have missed buses and been arriving late because of the apps performance. do better.
-- warz666, 2024-04-22

### ***-- "Waste of money"
So basically ive had this app for a good while now, doing what it needs to do. However recently, everytime im showing my pass with the QR code, im also paying for a ticket too. So im wasting money. Could this be fixed asap? Possibly turning off NFC whenever the apps in use?

Should be a simple fix really and youve not yet fixed it, not very good developers 👍🏻
-- WEZZERSS, 2024-04-10

### ***** "Excellent service to Plymouth"
Please keep the service to Plymouth from Polperro it is such an important link to our closest city and all major shops.
-- Mr Fezziwig, 2023-09-21

### *---- "Bus didn’t turn up"
The 2.50 no 79 from Tavistock to Callington has not arrived. Will have to now wait an hour and a half for next one. Unacceptable service
-- Citipassenger, 2023-09-02

### ***** "buses are sick"
Awesome !
-- caits boyf, 2023-06-11

### *---- "5a"
The drive of 5a 137 he was yelling at my kids and telling them the route but they know the route for a year now he’s been rude to other passengers and kids really let us down Friday 9th of June 23
-- Heshhrhe, 2023-06-09

### *---- "Bad review"
I was taking the bus i take to school and the bus driver was driving so recklessly that i flew off the chair into another seat now my eye is bruised and swollen and now im gonna get laughed at.
-- gympolinist, 2023-05-16

### ***** "Plymouth Citybus"
I love this app, it’s so handy to have in my phone and it makes going anywhere really easy
-- Spennie56, 2023-05-05

### ****- "Needs a bus stop toggle"
It’s actually quite a useful application. But the recent updates have meant that all the bus stops are active no matter how far you zoom out so unfortunately if you try to find where your bus is you get 1 million bus stops all over the map which means you can’t see anything. Ideally it needs to have a toggle for the bus stops. Other than that it’s not bad.
