I just signed up for coverage, created an account and made the first payment. Now I can’t even get into the account in the App or on the website. The website even says that I successfully created an account. I don’t even get any emails for account recovery methods??? As much as these companies update their stuff, the more they waste our time with recovery efforts!!

I was able to logon, view details about my pet’s policy, and submit a claim and form.

I signed up for my account this morning. Logged into the app and it worked perfect. App seems well designed with lots of information available at your fingertips.

I just downloaded the app from the Apple App Store to my iPhone 15. When I click on it, it starts to open and then automatically closes. I deleted the app and downloaded again, with the same result. Same issue on my iPad. Both devices are on the most current operating system. It’s worthless if you can’t even open it.

Just download the latest update. App will not load now.

App and website are trash. Try to submit claims on multiple devices the submit button never works absolute trash fix your stuff

Whenever I try to view my claims it glitches and won’t open my claims list. Meanwhile, the website gives me an error message when I try to view my claim. This app is very glitchy.
