## PMC CARE Reviews in India

### ****- "Complaint Handling"
Complaint Handling was prompt. 🙏
Thank you Mr. Vinod Chopde & Mr. Bagul.
Need feedback option for individual complaint. Will be nice if the same is provided in the App. I am using the app on IPhone.
-- Crazyframesnmore, 2024-09-09

### *---- "Seems to be worthless and fake"
Nothing matches the official website seems worthless and fake
-- 5uryawanshi, 2024-07-12

### *---- "Worst app"
Unable to see and pay properly tax
-- Sarang V, 2024-05-27

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Complaint management utility doesn’t work. Very difficult to make a selection for area, and even if you manage to make the right selection, the submit button is disabled - I was not able to log a complaint even after trying so many times. PMC, please look into this
-- Priyanka141, 2024-04-09

### ***** "Citizen engagement"
It is good application to engage the citizens
-- Piyushjagtap, 2024-02-14

### **--- "Referal code"
I donot have one. How do i get it
-- s chitnis, 2023-11-17

### *---- "Ineffective App"
It is mandatory to fill in a “ referral code”, but no referral code has been given. So the Profile cannot be completed. The App doesn’t work without completing the Profile , and in effect, the App doesn’t work
-- Girish Chandorkar, 2023-10-29

### ***-- "Complaint management"
The subject and sub subject choices can not be rolled easily. While rolling it gets selected on its own. Can scroll properly.
