The revised content version of PMK-EE consists of 100 questions spread across five sections: -- Career Information, -- Leadership & Character, -- Naval Heritage, -- Professionalism, and -- Warfighting & Readiness. Sailors must achieve a passing score of 80 percent or higher on each section to pass the PMK-EE. Failure to pass a section will require that section to be retaken. Individuals must also achieve an overall passing score of 80 percent or higher on the PMK-EE for the next higher pay grade to be eligible to take the Navy-Wide Advancement Examination (NWAE) for that pay grade. When a Sailor exits the app before completing a section, the app bookmarks that spot. The next time the app is opened, it returns to the bookmarked location, allowing the Sailor to continue with the exam from that point. Key features: -- Available anytime, anywhere – no CAC required -- Tailored to specific paygrades: E4, E5, E6, and E7 -- Displays topics and bibliography content from any compatible device -- Presents randomly selected exam questions each time a Sailor concludes a section -- Permits retaking any section as often as necessary to achieve passing score of 80 percent -- Allows Sailors to submit course completion certificate to Navy Training Management Planning System (NTMPS) via the app -- PMK-EE is one component of the Sailor 2025 rating modernization effort to improve the Sailor experience. Download the app today! PLEASE NOTE: To submit a course completion from the app, a user must use an e-mail account on their mobile device. ## PMK-EE Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/92/ee/e1/92eee1b0-9a75-7492-e129-b2af03da91c5/80bb6619-37f8-4a1c-8edc-e4cb0ed55c07_iphone-xl-01-01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/fc/e4/27/fce427ca-386f-563a-d210-a1f468856b2a/03c03fc0-dad8-4c21-b08e-ce7315518ea8_iphone-xl-01-02.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e0/9d/38/e09d3874-04fd-63b2-6de1-ebf85dcdec8c/1210646e-d21c-4adf-8fcc-c35c1e7e5b8b_iphone-xl-img-04-01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/24/b5/60/24b56032-777d-1c0b-8ed7-a27a2c4bc5c4/90cffe39-20ec-420c-b228-e0d1d2279862_iphone-xl-img-03-01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/61/f8/34/61f83408-56bc-2655-688a-6775d2d53075/8ba241d6-319f-4ef7-a0ad-21b1955cfa05_iphone-xl-img-02-01.png/1242x2688.png) ## PMK-EE Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 47 (22%) - 4 stars: 9 (4%) - 3 stars: 10 (5%) - 2 stars: 13 (6%) - 1 stars: 137 (63%) ## PMK-EE Reviews in United States ### *---- "DOES NOT WORK !!!!" I took the same course twice. All my answers were shown correct in the end, but for some reason it showed me score of 53% and 43% :( -- ChronicPhotographer, 2024-11-03 ### *---- "Can’t get past Disclaimer window" App downloaded, I went to open it, the first thing you see is a disclaimer. I scroll to the bottom, hit “accept” and nothing happens. It stays on that screen. -- CLDJ PO1, 2024-02-04 ### *---- "Certificates are invalid" I completed the PMK EE4 and my command doesn’t see it in their database. -- Jakk__11, 2023-09-26 ### ***** "Good" Good -- Daisydeng999, 2023-04-27 ### *---- "Will not be using again" This app works good if you get all the tests done right away. However if you finish a category (or 4) and don’t complete it, there’s a chance when you get back in all your progress will be lost! I did not delete or remove the app and this has happen to me more than once. Do not recommend using this to complete your PMK-EEs. If you just want to practice or see the types of questions it could be beneficial. -- sdet2, 2023-04-25 ### *---- "Navy" Navy. I love Navy -- zee.gnoix, 2023-01-19 ### *---- "Deserves 0 stars" Lost cert twice now. Take a screen shot as sson as you complete cert! -- FUKPMKEE, 2022-07-20 ### **--- "Fix the email issue." In case it wasn’t obvious, this app is trash for sole the fact you can’t email the completed PMK-EE consistently, if even rarely. I only recommend this if E-Learning won’t load for crap. Good Luck Shipmates. -A BMSN -- Kato-11, 2022-02-01 ### *---- "Worst app ever" I completed everything than it erased it -- 1193973):!., 2021-10-18 ### *---- "Describe the navy in one app" I don’t even know where to start. It crashed on me several times, it doesn’t save your certs, it’s very slow, everybody googles the answers, and it’s just one big waste of time that I coulda used to study for my advancement exam. -- tenderboii40, 2021-08-11 [View all PMK-EE reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## PMK-EE Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/united-states) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/mexico) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/namibia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/belgium) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/united-kingdom) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/philippines) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/bahrain) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/paraguay) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/sweden) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/argentina) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/indonesia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/taiwan) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/india) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/canada) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/colombia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/malta) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/denmark) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/jamaica) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/brunei) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/belize) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/estonia) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/ghana) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/greece) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/angola) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/kenya) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/lithuania) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/macau) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/nigeria) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/nepal) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/poland) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/senegal) - [El Salvador](https://apptail.io/app/pmk-ee-Iudf/el-salvador) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
