Unregistering your old device from the app so you can reinstall it on your new phone is just a painful experience. And that is if everything works right. In my case it didn't so I have to contact customer service numerous times to have my old device unregistered so I can install the app on my new phone. Took them a month to get it right. And how does an app do not have Forget Password or Reset Password feature on the login screen? Yes, they do have the Reset Password link but only after you are already logged in. I mean how backwards is that. And what banking app does not have a website so users can access their accounts from a desktop. I mean do they think everyone does online banking on their phone only? I understand banking apps need to be secured to prevent unauthorized access and bad guys stealing your hard-earned money. But there has to be a balance between security and a smooth user experience. This app is just not there yet. They should have released it as beta first to limited users to get feedback before releasing it to the masses. This does not even deserve a 1-star rating. I hope they get it right eventually and I hope they would put their website access back, please.
