PNB Housing Customer Portal

Literally their website as well as this app is so worst. It looks like they have hired some college intern to do develop these apps. I am unable to login anywhere to check any information on my housing loan. Time to switch to some better housing loan providers.

If you’re installing this app then good luck for that because you’ll face some weird difficulties which don’t even let you login.

The application doesn’t work. Doesn’t even let you login or signup. Useless.

Very bad app , Suddenly I can’t login with same credentials. I think the bank has intentionally made up some problems so the customers can’t check all details and home branch Services are pathetic. RBI should look into them they are cheating and making fool of customers

During registration to the App it’s not accepting DOB beyond 1990. Team pls fix this bug.

I am very pathetic experience with PNB housing Dehradun branch. They love their customers so much that they would like them to see in-person n ask to visit branch office. Don’t entertain online payment. Only option is to visit their branch. Not sure if it’s lender issue or Dehradun branch issue. In nutshell, I would recommend not to take PNB housing services.

I can’t login the app, stuck in the login page without any response

There is no place in app to see the current mortgage rate They sends mails and increases the interest like monthly basis, app is shady that no information on this pops up I took loan and within 4 months twice they have increase and increased my loan tenure to 1 year.

If you don’t want to become ur life hell then do not take loan from this NBFC.. so many hidden charges.. ruthless behaviour of employees.. In every two months without any reason they will increase the Interest rate.. Intentional delay in every operation so that they can get more interest.. No transparency in charges.. No disclosure of hidden terms and conditions by sales teams.. and ultimately I have final say that never ever take loam from PNB Housing Finance ever..

Worst ever bank to deal with. The staff is unresponsive. The customer care never works to satisfaction. The process to pre close is a pain in the. If u can, please avoid this bank. There is no Online payment system. No Relationship Manager to help U with.. Nothing!!! It’s been more than a month am behind them.
