Important Legal Disclosures & Information
1) PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires an eligible PNC Bank account and a supported camera-equipped device. Certain other restrictions apply. See the mobile banking terms and conditions in the PNC Digital Services Agreement. 

2) Zelle® should only be used to send or receive money with people you know and trust. Before using Zelle® to send money, you should confirm the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Neither PNC nor Zelle® offers purchase protection for payments made with Zelle® – for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for, or the item is not as described or as you expected. To send or receive money with Zelle®, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings account at a participating financial institution in the U.S. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If the recipient has not enrolled, the payment will expire after 14 calendar days. See the PNC Zelle Terms of Use for additional terms and conditions. Use of Zelle® is subject to and conditional upon adherence to the terms and conditions of the PNC Zelle® Terms of Use.

PNC doesn’t currently charge a fee to send or receive money with Zelle®. However, your enrolled PNC account may incur overdraft fees, monthly service charges, and other fees as described in your account fee schedule.

3) There are limits to the number of transactions you can make from a savings or money market account per month.

App works ok for the most part, some options that are awesome in theory like calendar are often offline. I had an issue logging in with Face ID but appears that deleting app and re-logging in, and leaving the remember user id option off allowed Face ID to work properly.

PNC’s online banking isn’t usable. Basic features like getting loan balances are inaccessible over 50% of the time. Other basic features like ACH transfers that are free on all platforms are upsells here. Not to mention the general lack of usability of the interface, inability to see check images until a statement has closed and PNC has shockingly created an online experience so abysmal that even if one has better rates on a loan of money market securities with them they should still strongly consider forgoing that to use another bank as the pain of using them for day to day business is so extraordinarily high.

I’ve been with PNC since they acquired National City in the 2008 meltdown. I’ve moved three times since then (all in the Midwest/East coast) and I’ve been fortunate enough that there’s always been a  PNC nearby. 

The app has always been top tier and loaded with features and they’re proactive in informing you if there’s a planned service interruption. Being able to chat with them from the app is great if you should ever need support. Customizing your ATM preferences from the app is pretty cool too. 

The only thing I’d like to see them add would be an option for an authenticator app or passkey to streamline logging in.
