Pocket Casts used to be an excellent app. Unfortunately since last November, it has been regularly flooding my playlist with hundreds of old podcasts that had already been archived. There doesn’t seem to be a fix for the bug and their customer service no longer replies to any messages, rendering the app useless.
I have been using this podcast app for ages … loved all the features and care the developers put into it. Lately many of my podcasts have been flooded with ads … I’m not sure where you get the podcasts from but they are adding lots of ads and in my case their are in dutch … this does not happen with the Apple app for podcasts. Is there any way for you to fix this? I understand you are not the ones adding the ads, but is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Good looking. Easy to manage a large library of podcasts. Downloads, archiving, and automations to these work great.
I don’t know how many times I asked them through Twitter and here. But they keep saying “this is something we’ll do” but almost a year still doesn’t support search podcast by keyword on discovery! I’m a premium subscriber but planning to switch to another one
Pretty and uncluttered, but still has a lot of useful features.
Ever since the new UI was released some months back there has been sudden crashes on a daily basis. It’s frustrating and a bit annoying too. The latest update promised to fix those crashes, but did it do that? No. Still the best app for podcasts. But please, please fix this.
