Apparently it has a different meaning to them than it does for me. They email on their website for support bounced and was returned. I tried one in the app & one mentioned in another review. Still no response. Very disappointed and distraught regarding all of the work & time that it’s going to cost me having to redo this entire year. I paid for the premium version as I liked the interface of the app. However a year ago, there are more and more ads popping up, and they are super irritating because they appear just when I would be entering a new transaction. Every time you leave and re enter the app, ads appear, and some of these ads are like 30-60 seconds long. When you’re on the go trying to log in a purchase right after, you’re stuck waiting for the ad to finish. The reason I love this app is that even though it’s a digital tool, you have to manually input your accounts, bills, transactions, etc. I know many people look for automatic updating, manual inputs for me keeps me tied in to the app on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. That allows me to stay truly up to date on where I am with my finances. Two updates that I think would be great for this app would be for credit cards and loans. 1) If we are able to input the credit limits and interest rates for credit cards so that we can view not only our outstanding balance, but also our outstanding credit limit 2) Interest rates and types: If there was a place to input the loan terms and interest rates for fixed loans so that the amortization schedule could be generate or interest rates for credit cards so that when me log in payments for them, the fixed loans can accurately decrease the principle amount and with credit cards, we can log in interest charges based on the outstanding balance I know that’s easier said than done, but I think those two things would clearly set this app apart from the others.
