Whilst I love the series I’m listening to , Pocket FM have now reduced the number of ads I can watch from unlimited to 10 now to 5 . I was paying for episodes but it cost more than a legal text book which is ridiculous. I understand people need to get paid but seriously come on!!! An episode cost 7+ coins do my understanding is that they only want you to listen to one episode every few days. Very sad
I love what I have been listening to so far. I am even starting to convert my novel to a series that will work. The bugs are the biggest drawbacks. After downloading several episodes without any signal the next episode won’t play. The slider won’t work on car play. It won’t keep my place on car play and returns to the last episode I listened to through my headphones. I have started doing long trips in the car and if these bugs are fixed it will be a five star review
I wish we had more book
The software is terrible. Sometimes it plays and sometimes it doesn't. The app doesn't take control of the output properly so sometimes you get apple music or Spotify playing at the same time. You cannot select what output you want it playing on ( headphones or vehicle). Useless interface to carplay ( you cannot even ask it to resume play and have to keep pushing "next screen" for hundreds of episodes to find the last one you listened to. Useless developers. I wanted to like it but am deleting as I have run out of patience while waiting for the drip feed of episodes. I can just read the novels free online. Also VERY expensive. So not worth it.
This has such high hidden costs to keep on listening to the episodes . They are long and expensive better off buying a hard back book!
Great stories but the cost is ridiculous.Since when does it cost hundreds of dollars for just for 1 story. Total rip off. It started off getting free episodes every 24 hours now it’s 48 hours it’s just getting worse.
I really enjoyed listening to this audio series. I’m amazed by how the story goes.
I started listening and got hooked rather quickly. I didn’t mind the occasional purchase of coins. But I’ve found that they get more expensive u buy and it’s become not worth paying to open new episodes. It’s a shame because it’s such a good platform. The ability to purchase a whole series would be great. But at what cost that’s acceptable.
This app is too expensive. You should allow us to buy the book like $15-20 not per episode. It’s says all books free if you wait daily. However now to multiple books you can only finish the novel by paying for last 20-30 episodes. I have worked out this will cost me $250. Ridiculous to pay this price for a book.
Why do ads with videos and then just be audio. Completely fake.
