Coins are to expensiv, and you can’t use coins as you want.
It is possible that your stories are good, but it’s simply too expensive in the long run. I stared with Saving Nora after a commercial tempted me. I got the first stories for free + paid. Since I do no longer remember my code and can't access the mail, I created a new account and then paid for episodes, but I couldn't start where I got to, but the system started me on the spot where the free episodes got to. Which is almost 100 episodes behind where I originally got to. I have written several emails to you, unfortunately no reply yet.
No propper subscription plan
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would give -5, the coin system is great for people that wants to listen to a few stories a month, but for those who wants to listen to an entire story split into 1245 episodes, that’s an insanely high price, that not even your current subscription of those laughable 160 coins for $17.99 a month can cover. I take a walk every day and likes to listen to podcasts, in average 1,5 hours a day, that would be 75 coins in average for every walk when listening to a story, that means that your insanely high priced subscription, is out of coins in less than 3 days. I found a story that I liked on Spotify, but it ends at episode 13, and the only way to listen to the entire story, is through your ridiculous coin system. Get rid of the stupid coin system, and you will get more subscribers.
Subscription plans are absurd high
I like listening to a series I have found and also spend some of the smaller onetime fees on coin options. But the monthly subscription for ONLY 160 something coins to use for listening to episodes every month, is just too absurd (wtf!!) I don’t mind the subscription concept - but dudes, you can do better with unlimited access, listening to different stories - for a monthly subscription fee…. Don’t put limits on it… and then the 10-14EUR for limitless access will most certainly give you more value with more subscribers choosing that plan. XoXo Daffo
