## Pocket Geek Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "Speed rating"
The speed rating says good speed but the buffering says that it isn’t working and t mobile isn’t responding to the problem
-- oklahoma sooner1, 2024-12-27

### ***-- "Expected more in depth technical support"
The T mobile gateway is one of the most used gadgets around, but the support team at PG Home did not have any more info about it than I do.
-- dirtcop1776, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Interrupted service"
I am disappointed the WiFi keeps going offline had to reset the gateway several times and it is a hit and miss situation . I go on the app all I get is reset the gateway . I am starting to regret switching my service to t mobile please find a better solution than just resetting the gateway
Thanks
-- Tthpharo, 2024-08-22

### *---- "Pocket geek home"
What a rip off. The take your money monthly and then when you file a claim you can’t get a hold of anyone!!
-- Trash 0424, 2023-11-24

### *---- "Can’t find anything"
I have about 40 smart devices installed, it can’t find any while identifying there’s 37 devices in my system. No point and completely worthless… how can they help with my tech problems if they can’t even write an app that works?
-- justbob30, 2023-08-12

### *---- "Device trouble shooting"
I’ve been having trouble with my gaming device it keeps crashing freezing these problem just started happening I thought I would have someone help me fix the problem but I didn’t get any help very disappointed.
-- 12macho, 2022-08-31

### *---- "No Help What So Ever!"
This is the worst app I’ve ever had. I called to try and fix a problem on my MacBook Pro and all the support people did was make it worse and did nothing to fix the problem. Nothing worse than ending up with more problems than when I started, it’s very frustrating, discouraging and disappointing.😠
-- SarahJ5, 2022-06-01

### *---- "No devices?"
I scanned for devices and 0 of 18 were recognized. Thanks
-- DavidBedell, 2022-02-25

### ***** "New subscriber"
Did not identify a single device while at the same time claiming there are 27 unidentified devices on my network.
-- weaber1, 2022-01-12

### ***** "Review"
I talked to Three different young men! All were knowledgeable, polite and a delight to work with!
