## Pocket Therapist Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good AI therapy app"
I was skeptical about using an AI therapist, but this app has been better I thought. The sessions feel personalized, and I get practical advice that helps manage my stress and anxiety better. It seems to learn from your responses and adjusts so i get better suggestions
-- robena yee, 2024-12-16

### ***** "Good mental health tool"
Therapy has been hard for me to afford, but this app makes it easier to work on my mental health every day. I like sharing my thoughts and getting helpful insights
-- Sims_Charlsiem, 2024-12-03

### ***** "very customizable"
i like that i can tell it what type of therapy to do
-- Azzie Gore, 2024-11-14

### ***** "Helps my anxiety"
I've always been an anxious person and this app has been really good at keeping it down especially if I'm overthinking things. Normally I can spiral with my ruminations but using this prevents them from going out of control. So anxiety is still there but it's at a much more manageable level now I don't feel as paralyzed. Even though its ai therapy it's been so valuable for me
-- Emily Puckett-9, 2024-11-03

### ***** "AI THERAPIST"
pros: easy to use - ai therapist is customizable - has a picture for me to look at so its not a plain message screen - cheap; cons: the voices could be better but i dont always use them
-- leahy fennell, 2024-10-09

### **--- "Started ok"
But then it only lets you type about 10 replies then it locks you out and tells you that you have to sign up for a paid version.
-- Nick3460, 2024-06-05

### ***** "I’m truly amazed"
I typed “Jungian” in the search bar and this app came up, I was skeptical because it had no reviews but I’m truly amazed and i’ve only been on the app for 10 minutes. It is an AI that acts as a therapist and shares tools with you that you can use to better yourself. I like Jungian Psychology but you can choose whatever approach you like best. Within ten minutes I shared a detailed summary of my problems and the AI has provided me with different tools I can use to help tailored to my needs. I’m truly blown away. Please never delete this app! I hope others can become aware of this tool. :) Great job.
