Description

"Pocket Violin - Play for real" is the perfect companion to those who are obsessed with making music everywhere they go. Now you can bring your own pocket violin to the party and show everybody your chops.
To simulate the bowing intensity, Pocket Violin features 3D Touch to control the bowing intensity. If your device doesn't support 3D Touch, you can still drag your finger down the screen while playing to increase or decrease the bowing intensity!
You can use Pocket Violin to slide your fingers up and down the fretboard and play it like a real violin, or you can enable the "Snap To Notes" option in the app to be sure you're playing the note in tune.
You can use manual vibrato like you would on a real violin, or you can use the auto-vibrato which brings a more orchestra like professional sound to your violin.
Enjoy!

Nothing like a violin

This app claims that it sounds like a violin regardless when I attempted to play it brought in horrendous sounds. On top of that, the ads kept interrupting me resulting in the notes dragging out the whole time the ad played. Once I was competent to escape the ad the note I had tried to play before the disturbance glitched and played over the one I was trying to play afterward. After a few endeavors at trying to get it to sound partially acceptable, I became frustrated and quit.

I could not even play 3 minutes of it. Why? Well: 1) No sound at all. I tried it on my phone and iPad, no sound at all. Fix this. 2) they are not even the correct strings. As someone who plays violin, I am deeply upset by the way this is made. The strings are incorrect, and I can guarantee it won’t even sound good if there was sound. This could of been good. But it is a complete fail.

Too many adds

As a beginner violinist, I know what a violin sounds like. Not that. But there are WAY too many adds. I can’t even get through two measures without an add popping up! It is ridiculous!
