Problem with apple watch
My apple watch doesn’t vibrate with changing session so it is useless

I am rating the Apple Watch app as I was mistakenly led to believe that this would work on AW in its own right. Turns out you have to start the app on iPhone or iPad, which in itself is ridiculous. The sound then comes from iPhone as well. The only thing AW does for you is showing you the current position and time in position, but then again as there is no way to keep the screen lit throughout the training this is as good as useless, unless you want to tap your AW screen 1000 times during a training - sounds like a zen experience to you? An example of really lazy AW programming. Regretting that I spent my money on this and will look elsewhere for a proper seamless AW yoga app.

Once you’re familiar with the positions, you need but listen to the calming voice.

I have downloaded many yoga apps, this one is by far the best for a small daily yoga workout. My mother has also downloaded the app and after years of various types of workouts, this one helped her to a size smaller trousers! Nice voice and music as well! Thanks!
